Quizonator Account Deletion

1. How to delete your account

You can delete your Quizonator account (Chrome extension, website, or Android app) in two ways: User panel (recommended): log in at quizonator.com, go to the dashboard (/dashboard), open the "Account" tab, and select "Delete account". Email: send a message to support@quizonator.com with the subject line "Account deletion". In the message, provide the email address linked to the account you want to delete. The request must come from that same email address, or it must include enough information to verify the identity of the account owner.

2. What will be deleted

After verifying your request, we delete data associated with your account, including:

• account data - email address and login information;
• user profile, subscription plan, selected language, and app usage statistics;
• history of quiz questions, answers, and results;
• push notification settings;
• support requests and feedback linked to your account.

3. Google Play subscription

Deleting your Quizonator account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. You must cancel the subscription yourself in the Google Play store (Settings → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Quizonator → Cancel subscription), before or independently of account deletion.

4. Processing time

We process account deletion requests within 30 days of receiving and successfully verifying the request. Once the process is complete, you will receive confirmation at the email address provided.
