The user declares that the submitted content is their intellectual property or that they have the necessary rights to submit it. - Quiz result summaries: Stored in the database for statistical and analytical purposes and to improve service quality. - Information about Extension usage: Including time spent in the app, activity history, and error logs – processed for analytical and technical purposes.

- The extension may use cookies for technical and analytical purposes. Users can manage cookies through their browser settings. Cookies are used solely for technical purposes, analytics, and improving service quality. Users can delete or manage cookies at any time through browser settings.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

- Ensuring the functionality of the Extension – data processing is necessary for providing the services offered by the Extension. - User authorization and registration – to enable account access and security. - Preventing misuse – monitoring logins and activities to detect and prevent unauthorized actions. - Statistical and technical analysis – processing usage data and quiz content to improve service quality, personalization, and develop new features. - Allowing user access to their history of submitted questions and answers – ensuring transparency and control over submitted data.

4. Legal Basis for Data Processing

The processing of personal data is based on: - Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – user consent expressed by accepting this Privacy Policy and using the Extension. - Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – necessity for the performance of a contract to which the user is a party. - Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – the legitimate interests of the data controller, such as system protection against misuse and statistical analysis.
