How a Testportal test works
Testportal is an online assessment platform from Poland used by schools, universities and recruitment teams. You receive a link or an access code, enter your details and take the test in the browser, usually one question per page.
The test author can limit time for the whole test or for each question, randomize questions and answer order, and block going back to earlier questions. You see the result immediately or after the teacher has reviewed it.
Testportal also offers “Honest Respondent Technology”, which records when the test window loses focus, for example when you open another tab. A tool that makes you switch windows simply gets in the way.

Quizonator works inside the test window, so it never needs a tab switch. We still do not guarantee that no safeguard will notice it. Test authors can add their own measures.
Open questions
For longer written answers, treat the suggestion as a draft. Adapt it to your course material and your own style.
AI makes mistakes
Especially on questions from a specific textbook or a teacher’s own notes. Read the explanation before you confirm the answer.
Test rules
The organizer decides which aids are allowed. Check them before you start, particularly for recruitment tests and exams.

Frequently asked questions
Does Quizonator work on Testportal?
Yes. Testportal is one of the supported platforms. Open the test in a regular Chrome tab or in the browser built into the Quizonator app for Android and iOS.
Do I need to switch tabs to see the answer?
No. The suggestion and the explanation appear on the test page, next to the question. There is no separate chat or search window.
Can Testportal detect Quizonator?
Testportal records, among other things, when the test window loses focus, and Quizonator does not require leaving the tab. Quizonator does not hide your activity, though, and we make no promises about what the test author will see: test safeguards change and depend on the author’s settings.
What about timed questions?
Analyzing a question usually takes a few seconds. If the limit is very short, turn on Instant mode or focus on the questions you find difficult.
