Terms of use

1. Provider and scope

The service provider is QUIZONATOR Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Św. Mikołaja 8/11/208, 50-125 Wrocław, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0001149825, NIP (tax ID) 8971947982, REGON 540680867, share capital PLN 5,000. Contact: support@quizonator.com.

These Terms cover the website, your account, the Chrome extension and the Android and iOS apps. Creating an account or buying a plan means concluding a contract for services provided electronically on the terms shown before you confirm.

2. Account and requirements

• provide a real email address and protect your sign-in details
• one account is meant for one person, unless an offer clearly states otherwise
• the extension requires an up-to-date version of Google Chrome, and the apps require the Android or iOS version stated in the app store; you need an internet connection
• a minor should use the service in line with the law of their place of residence and, where required, with a guardian's consent

3. Plans and limits

The available plans are Free (no charge, with a monthly answer limit), the paid Pro and Pro+ plans billed monthly or every 6 months, and one-time packs of additional answers for people with an active Pro or Pro+ plan. Current limits and prices are shown on the Pricing page and on the purchase screen. The terms shown directly before you place an order are binding.

We grant the free answers of the Free plan after you confirm your email address, and immediately when you sign in with Google or Apple. The Free plan is available once per person: an account created with another form of the same address (for example a Gmail address with dots or a "+" tag) or created again within 180 days of deleting an account does not receive free answers.

Unused answers from a plan expire at the end of the billing period and do not carry over to the next one. An answer pack is valid for the period stated at purchase. Features marked as beta or test may change more often.

4. How the service works

Quizonator analyses the question and the context available on a supported website or app and then shows a suggested answer. The engine may choose different models and methods of analysis depending on the type of task.

The service includes in particular: answer suggestions with a short explanation in the extension and the apps, answer display modes (including a mode that selects or enters the suggested answer for you), Snapshot mode for analysing a selected part of the screen, the history of tests and questions, the My materials feature in the Pro+ plan and the shared answer base described in the Privacy policy.

A suggestion may be incomplete or wrong. You should check it and you decide whether to use it. If you use a mode that selects or enters answers for you, check them before you submit the test. Quizonator does not guarantee an exam result, a pass or that answers match every grading method.

5. Permitted use

• use the service lawfully and in line with the rules of your university or platform and the rules of the specific test
• do not circumvent security, limits, payments or abuse-detection mechanisms
• do not share your account, resell access or automate mass retrieval of answers
• do not send content without the necessary rights or data that you are not allowed to disclose
• do not use the service for activities that infringe the rights of others

6. Content and intellectual property

The software, interface, brand and materials of Quizonator belong to the Provider or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for personal purposes.

You keep the rights to your own notes and materials. You grant us only the permission needed to process them in order to perform the feature you choose. You are responsible for the legality of the content you send.

If you believe that content processed in Quizonator, including questions saved in the shared answer base, infringes your rights, write to support@quizonator.com with the subject "Infringement report". Identify the content (for example the platform, test or question), your rights and your contact details. We will handle the report without undue delay and, if it is justified, remove the content and inform you of our decision.

7. Availability, changes and blocking

We develop the service and may change the interface, models, supported platforms and features. We will announce material changes affecting a paid service in advance where the law requires it.

We may temporarily restrict access because of technical work, a security threat or a breach of these Terms. Before blocking an account permanently, we will tell you the reason, unless the law or the security of the system does not allow it.

8. Complaints and conformity of the service

Send a complaint to support@quizonator.com with your account email, a description of the problem and the solution you expect. We will reply within 14 days of receiving it. As a consumer, you have the rights arising from the rules on the conformity of digital services with the contract. These Terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived under mandatory law.

As a consumer, you may use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims, in particular the help of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman or a provincial inspectorate of the Trade Inspection in Poland. Information about these methods and how to access them is available at uokik.gov.pl.

9. Duration and termination

The contract for an account lasts until the account is deleted. A paid subscription lasts for the period shown at purchase and may renew automatically, if this was shown before payment.

You can turn off renewal and delete your account. Deleting the account does not always cancel a subscription with an external provider. The right of withdrawal, the model withdrawal form and other details are in the Payment policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms for valid reasons: changes in the law or decisions of authorities, changes in the scope or operation of features, AI models or supported platforms, changes of service providers (for example for payments), security and abuse-prevention needs, or changes to plans and prices.

We will inform you about a change affecting an ongoing contract by email or on the website at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you do not accept the change, you can turn off subscription renewal and delete your account before that date. A change does not apply to a period you have already paid for.

11. Governing law and final provisions

Polish law applies, without depriving consumers of the protection granted by the mandatory provisions of the law of their place of residence. Disputes are resolved by the competent court under the applicable rules, not in advance only by the court of the company's registered office.
